Well, the only colors your twi’lek can be are several shades of blue, red, and green… well, it’s better if I just show you.

The only way to get a white twi’lek with sith eyes is to play a dark sided character, and it’s only when you hit the mid-late 30s that you have enough dark side points for the sith corruption to really start showing.
